2. No need for a website, but please have a valid e-mail address
3. If you would like me to list your website, please put up a code somewhere that I can find it on your site. Upload it to your own server and link it back to http://lyrical.sleepy-flow.net/. NO DIRENT LINKING. If you fail to do this before I check your form, then your website will not be added to the list.
4. Please make your name reasonable (no numbers like juju1023) please...and only state ONE country.
